Bringing Cobb County families facing homelessness closer to stability, hope and home since 2014
WHAT WE DO
We help Cobb County families with children experiencing housing instability find a path back to safe, stable housing.
Through eviction prevention, shelter, professional case management, and the support of congregations, volunteers, and community partners, we provide the guidance and resources families need to regain stability and move toward independence.

Thank You for Making AGW2026 a Success!

Dear Friends,
Family Promise of Cobb County’s Annual Giving Week has come to a close, and we are grateful to share that it was a tremendous success. On behalf of our Board of Trustees and Executive Director, thank you for your generosity and support throughout this meaningful week.
We are deeply grateful to our sponsors, silent auction donors, everyone who joined us at the luncheon, those who participated through auction bids or purchases of t-shirts, mugs, and hats, all who contributed to our online giving campaign, the many volunteers who gave their time and energy to make each event possible, and a special thank you to St. James Episcopal Church for graciously hosting our “It Started with a Sandwich and Grew Into a Promise” luncheon. Because of you, we are able to provide safety, stability, and hope to families with children facing homelessness.
From the Cobb County proclamation that helped shine a light on our mission, to the success of our luncheon, to our online giving campaign and Day Center Project—this week is complete, and your involvement made a real and lasting impact.
As we move forward, your support allows us to continue strengthening and expanding our current services while launching our new Strong Families Program—focused on prevention, early intervention, and equipping families with the tools they need to achieve lasting stability.
Thank you for helping us widen the circle and say yes to more families in need. Together, we are keeping the promise for families in Cobb County.
With gratitude,
Board of Trustees & Executive Director
